Howard Silverman is the Founder as well as President & CEO of the CAI Global Group. Mr. Silverman started his career at Sperry Novac where he developed his site selection and financial incentive negotiation expertise. Mr. Silverman cofounded CCL Consultech Canada, a firm recognized for its government relations and strategic planning. Mr. Silverman consulted subsidiaries of foreign multinationals such as Ericsson, Johnson & Johnson, Kraft Foods and Hercules Canada among others, until the sale of Consultech in 1988.
In 1990, Mr. Silverman was nominated Director of Corporate Affairs at Ericsson Communications. His mandate allowed him to assist in attracting a world mandate from its Swedish head office, representing an investment of $176 million, with the financial assistance of the Quebec government.
Cofounder of CAI, Ms. McNaughton acts as the Executive Vice President & Partner. Graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Ms. McNaughton has handled all aspects of the company, paying close attention to corporate communications, client retention, corporate image, and maintaining the high standard of quality that is reflective in the company’s core service offerings.
Her journey and long experience in the realm of economic development has contributed to many of CAI’s initiatives such as, the New York Centre of Commerce for Export, the Quebec chapter of the Canadian Advanced Technology Association, and the Forum of Senior Leaders of Foreign Multinationals in Quebec, to name a few.
During his tenure, Mr. Beauchamp has enhanced CAI’s site selection service offering and has become a renowned expert in the field. Mr. Beauchamp has worked on numerous significant investment projects for companies such as Green Biologics, Bridgestone, WesCast and Sigma Plastics, to name a few.
He has also developed tremendous expertise in economic and community development and has led mandates for clients throughout North America. Mr. Beauchamp is frequently asked to provide training and to speak on investment attraction strategies.
