CAI collaborated with Bridgestone Joliette to mount a major investment project with the goal of improving the plant’s productivity and ensure its sustainability. As part of its strategy, CAI developed the business plan to promote Quebec as an investment location to head office and assisted management in identifying financial partners, including Investissement Quebec, to participate in the project.
CAI was mandated by Cascades, as well as its Norampac division, to proceed with a site selection for one of its new North-East US plants. Through a strategic analysis and focus on the criteria and needs of the company, the Niagara Falls region in New York was chosen with the negotiation of financial incentives.
